Through the Home Stability Initiative, TCBI provides support for critical home repair needs that may impact safety, accessibility, and quality of life.
Walmart Associate Nomination Program
TCBI is currently accepting nominations for Walmart associates who may be experiencing home repair challenges and need assistance.
If you know a Walmart associate who could benefit from home repair support, you may submit a nomination for review.
Types of Repairs Considered
Repairs may include, but are not limited to:
- Minor safety repairs
- Accessibility needs
- Exterior repair concerns
- Flooring hazards
- Basic home repair needs
- Repairs that impact daily living or safety
Please note: Submission of a nomination does not guarantee approval. All nominations will be reviewed based on need, available funding, repair scope, and program eligibility.
Who May Be Eligible
Nominees should:
- Be a Walmart associate or connected to the designated nomination program
- Live in the service area
- Have a home repair need affecting safety or stability
- Be willing to complete the application and review process
- Provide photos or documentation if requested
How the Process Works
- A nomination is submitted.
- TCBI reviews the nomination.
- The nominee may be contacted for additional information.
- A home repair assessment may be scheduled.
- Selected applicants will be notified.
- Approved repairs will be coordinated by TCBI and its partners.
